Q: Should I buy a 2007/2008 Ford Focus or Volvo S40?
I am completely at a loss - I am used to driving a ford fiesta and my milage has increased however and I wish to drive a sturdier car. I think I have nailed my decisions down to either the ford focus or Volvo S40 (second hand either 07/08 reg). I noticed on Auto trader they seem to be about the same price with S40 combined 39mpg and Focus 42mpg. I don't know which one to get (if either!!). I noticed a VW Golf is roughly £7000 second hand after 20k miles wheras I can get an 08 S40 with heated seats for £8700....is it worth it? Which are cheaper to run and service? I just don't want to waste my money but want a safe solid car....many thanks for your throughts - ideas on other cars that are reliable and safe much appreciated!! thanks in advance ...

A: Virage also has one that is similar, as does Extreme Dimensions.. You might need a Lambo door kit to complete the look.
Q: Why won't my 2008 VW Golf start? - No Turnover?
The car is pretty much branch new. It randomly won't start. There's no turnover when I turn the key. I got it "serviced and tested" by VW, and they said EVERYTHING was fine with it. Obviously not because it still randomly won't start. Everything else works - air, radio, lights, but I only hear a click when I try to start it. WHY!???? (they also checked the starter). My guess is computer problem?? ANYONE??
A: I would have the stealer check the relays for the )($&^$%(*&(# security system. They failed on my 2003 the 2nd day I owned it, and caused just that symptom. 1 click, then nothing. They actually had to send a rollback from Ann Arbor to Adrian to pick the car up and fix it.
